Crossfit MTS is a Crossfit facility based in Edinburgh, encouraging a supportive and inclusive fitness community.

The Brief

Jamie Syme from CrossFit MTS approached us with a brief outlining his need to offer a more varied programme with squat racks and rig based exercises for members, without having to install another full size rig.

The Results

We were able to supply the Moduflex Custom Rigs Free Standing Squat Rack and Pull Up Bar together with the wall ball target, kipping kit, height extender, and weight peg accessories, enhanced further with a removable Handstand Push Up Board. Once installed, the adjustments gave new life to the programming, offering all members access to a full complement of kit.
